Avoid Using Paper Towels!

Earlier today while making a marinate for this night’s dinner, I experienced a revealing: I am dependant to paper towels. I noticed myself utilizing way too numerous paper towels as I wiped the counter, as I cleaned my hands. I recognized that we should be utilizing more textile towels, instead of paper towels but I never actually considered how many I was using.

I was using way to many paper towels!

The other day I had wondered how quick we were in fact running through our roll. I had not understood it was so quick until I saw the roll today, half taken. Mom constantly tried to use textile towels. I was grown not to run off stuff. Somehow the convenience of consuming paper towels caught me.

It was so much better in college simply to take a new sheet off the roll. I never had time to make loads of washables. Now that I’m not in college I have more of a steady schedule (even though retail is not as set as I would like it to be). I find I have more time to do washing and clean.

A lot of individuals use paper towels everyday in their cleaning cooking when they would just as well utilize a textile towel or old clothing as a rags. If all the individuals that utilize towels as cleanup instruments used an old t-shirt or else, the use of paper would diminish significantly.

It is such an easy matter to do and I have pledge to stop my dependence. I have brought a hook in the kitchen over the sink for a towel to dry my hands. I am going to cut up some used t-shirts to use for housecleaning and picking.

I only trust that people read this article and realize how paper towels are a large waste of resources.
